About the Role

We’re looking for a practitioner to join our growing clinic.
This is an employed role (full-time, part-time or casual).
We provide a steady flow of clients, so you can focus on doing good work and building strong relationships with your clients, no need to find your own clients.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values care, honesty, and doing things properly.

Who This Role Is For
​​
We welcome practitioners in:
• Remedial Massage
• Physiotherapy
• Chiropractic
• Myotherapy or similar
​
You’ll be a good fit if you
• Care about your clients and their outcomes

Qualifications
​
• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or Cert IV working towards Diploma)
OR
• Relevant qualifications (Physio, Chiro, Myotherapy, etc.)
• Current insurance and association membership
​
Performance & Growth
​
We don’t expect you to bring in clients.
But we do expect you to:
• Take care of the clients you see
• Encourage rebooking when appropriate
• Deliver good results
We’ll check in regularly to support your progress and help you improve.

Key Responsibilities
​
• Provide high-quality treatments within your scope
• Keep clear and accurate treatment notes
• Maintain your treatment room
• Help with basic admin when needed
• Educate clients and give simple recommendations
• Keep the clinic clean and professional
• Build good relationships with clients
