Clinic Policies
Before making an appointment, we kindly invite you to review the following clinic policies.
They are in place to support our practitioners, help us manage appointments efficiently, respect the time of both practitioners and clients, and ensure cancelled appointment times can be offered fairly to those who may be waiting, creating a positive and seamless experience for everyone.
*Where you have provided authorisation for us to keep a card on file, any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to that card in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled or changed within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

As each session is reserved especially for you, if you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply based on the amount of notice provided, in accordance with the policy above.

This policy allows us to support our practitioners and ensure appointment availability fairly to all clients.

Can't make it? Transfer your appointment ✓
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may transfer it to a friend or family member, even within the cancellation period. Please let us know before the appointment, and no cancellation fee will apply if someone else attends in your place.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we will do our best to support you within the remaining appointment time; however, the full session fee will still apply.
