Clinic Policies

Before making an appointment, we kindly invite you to review the following clinic policies.

They are in place to support our practitioners and ensure a positive and seamless experience for all clients.

Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

  • As each session is reserved especially for you, if we do not receive a response or notice within 24 hours of your appointment, the above cancellation fees will apply.

  • This policy allows us to support our practitioners and offer appointment availability fairly to all clients.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we will do our best to support you within the remaining appointment time; however, the full session fee will still apply.
